Dispute Resolution

The dispute must first be formally presented to customer service who will have 14 business days to investigate and provide an initial response. If the initial response is not considered satisfactory by the user, the matter may be escalated to higher management who will then investigate the matter for a period of a further 14 business days.
If these initial attempts to resolve the dispute fail, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the laws of Bangladesh. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The language of arbitration will be English. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding, and it will be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
All arbitration proceedings will be kept strictly confidential. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the arbitration, including any attorney’s fees. This clause will not in any way inhibit the Site’s right to file injunctions or any other legal measures at any court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent any immediate or irreparable damages.
This process applies to all types of disputes, including, but not limited to, disputes over account balances, bonus offers, or game results. By using the Site you are agreeing to this binding arbitration clause. Any failure to comply with this clause will be considered a violation of these terms and may lead to account suspension. In situations where arbitration is not required, the laws of Bangladesh will govern in all instances.
Modification of Terms
